Mindy Chassin Horowitz Promoted to Vice President

Florham Park, NJ — Matrix New World Engineering (Matrix) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mindy Chassin Horowitz, PG, to Vice President.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting business development, providing technical leadership, and promoting staff development.
Horowitz has been with Matrix for over seven years. She opened the company’s New York City location and has been an integral player in its growth and development. Additionally, she is instrumental in cultivating the firm’s New York client base and has managed countless highly significant projects in the tri-state area for MTA, NYCEDC, NYCDDC, NYSDEC, NYCDEP, NYC Parks, NYCHA, DASNY and BPCA.
She earned her Master of Sciences in Geo-Environmental Engineering from University of California, Berkeley; and received her Bachelor of Sciences in Geophysics from Binghamton University.
