Matrix provided hazardous materials services for the New York City Housing Authority’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) Lead Monitoring program, development and maintenance. After compiling historic lead records, Matrix provided abatement field oversight and documentation review. The abatement needed to be achieved through the methods of paint removal or component replacement.
