Matthew A. Ludwig, P.E.

Professional Qualifications Matthew Ludwig is a highly experienced construction program manager and Professional Engineer with more than 23 years of experience. Mr. Ludwig is a proven leader, having risen through the ranks of the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New York District, ultimately attaining the rank Supervisory Chief of the Construction Division.
He has held leaderships positions within USACE both domestically and abroad and is adept at managing and overseeing complex projects and programs. Under his guidance, USACE construction programs have placed hundreds of millions of dollars into the construction and engineering industrites. Mr. Ludwig specializes in programs related to geotechnical, and remediation projects, and vertical construction but is highly adaptable and capable of leading teams across a variety of disciplines.
